On my poetry website you will find poems that I have written in the last 5 years or so.  Earlier poetry has sadly gone missing when it was still being done on paper.  When it comes to writing style, I consider my poetry to be free form and most of it is actually more prose that conventional poetry.  However, you will find a sonnet; and I have toyed around with other forms too, but my poetry is more about what I need to say, than what it is about form.

I suffer from Bipolar Disorder 1, and initially my poetry was merely a medium for me to cope with the extreme shifts in my mood.  I recorded my ups and downs, my reality and illusions.  It is a tool I would advise other Bipolar suffers to explore.  For me the disorder has its strength in making one feel disassociated with the reality others are living in.  I simply see things different than most people around me.  Or am I?
