Self

Who am I?
Am I to be your judge; no?
Am I to be right alone; no?
Am I a perfect man; no?
Who am I?
Am I the wisest of all; no?
Am I the keeper of truth; no?
Am I truly righteous; no?
Who am I?
Am I the one who determines reality; no?
Am I the one who brings salvation; no?
Am I the one who you’d call intellectual; no?
Who am I?
Am I called your friend…?
Am I one you would call in need…?
Am I one you could love…?
Who am I?
I am the one that will love you; yes.
I am the one that cares; yes.
I am the one who believes; yes.
That I am!
I am a being in this space in time; yes.
I am a man by the flesh I wear; yes.
I am a part of this universe; yes.
That I am!
I am one that searches for truth; yes.
I am one observing it all; yes.
I am one that will call you a friend; yes.
That I am!
I am more powerful than I know; yes.
I am the holder of ancient news, yes.
I am a spirit connected to the God I praise; yes.
That I am!
I am a being alike you…
I am the man I choose to be…
I am… … … … … … … … … …
That I am!
Who are you?
