Prosperity

Without giving up too much information, one must know that the soul has a window.
Too much information would be to equip the ill intentioned ones with dangerous tools.
Each of us has a manner in which we expose our inner-being for others to see.
We want to be known; we want to be heard and heard with understanding.

You see, my window is in my writing; here I make my thoughts known.
Some has more subtle ways in their exposure, like drawing, painting, singing, etc.
Though mostly one major window does it; we all do it in more than one way.
That is how we allow others to know us; for that we are either liked or disliked.

Besides the obvious; we can also see the condition of the spirit.
Behind the masks we use day to day; lies the true condition of our spirit.
We project our joy, sadness, pain, misunderstanding and loneliness.
Sadly these projections go largely unnoticed; people aren’t that interested in others.

Why do we do it; why do we want others to understand especially our pain; misery?
We want others to condone our behaviour; we want an okay for how we feel.
It is human… and; mostly, understandable and condonable.
But; to make a difference or a change is up to ourselves, only we can make a change.

I know these things and specifically seek out these windows to understand others.
I get filled with compassion when someone is in a really tough place, I want to help.
Thing is; even when it is someone close to me. I can’t always help.
Sometimes the need exceeds my capabilities; I would destroy myself if I helped.

Truthfully; charity and survival starts at home firstly.
Your first responsibility is self survival; then of those of your spouse and kids.
Only then can you extend to your family, friends, colleagues and countrymen.
From there is mankind; then other living things and the not so living things?

You must remain sane; you need to know as a spiritual being, you have done your part.
You need to be complete spiritually as a spiritual being; content in yourself.
Only when you are fully aware of your spirituality can you truly approach God.
Then; when you know God, all the dynamics of your life becomes easier.

There is no easy route… to the level you take responsibility, so your survival improves.
You can not care for others and other things if you do not care for yourself.
It is a rule alike gravity, but not as apparent as.
Love others as you love yourself; and God… with all that you have and are.

Then; you will live in peace and prosper.
