| One would
think that, by now, I would be immune to silly human
behaviour. Before ABS, a car tended to slid forever in straight braking line; towards trouble. Often; a conversation that goes wrong suffers from the same fate. The more you try to correct the issue the further you slide into trouble. How do you convey your message successfully when you are emotional? I have found it wiser to let the emotion calm before trying to say anything. This is not always possible; sometimes the emotion demands complete control. Things must be said and they need to be said right now. While a conversation is rendered hopeless because of emotion, truth in it remains. Somewhere between the fits, upset and drama; valuable information is conveyed. After such a spell, the emotional has remorse for the manner in which he spoke. Remorse invalidates all content of that communication; despite facts it contained. This is such a common occurrence that it touches even those that know better. The uncontrollable state of upset; too much for even the most placid soul to control Emotional conversation is charged with unseen daggers scarring the opponent. People step out of line; do and say things better left alone, this should be addressed. While I look back in remorse at my specific situation; I dare not say sorry. The majority of things said were too important to convey. The opponent; the woman I love more than my own life. A casualty of war, her scar must be; I must keep right, right; and wrong, wrong. I am not so great that I can the change the world into a better place for all. I do my bit though; maybe a better life for those I love can be achieved. If only every man can take up his part in this too; a better world we could have. The perfect world will never be, will it; despite even my attempts to keep things sane? Without want to confront, more and more are tolerated; slowly becoming “okay.” The selfish nature of the 21st century human being is decaying our existence. The decay is rotting civilization with increased pace everyday; nobody seams to mind. Humanity has taken a turn, regressing back to an age of duels and slaves. I am not sorry for the words I speak; they are open and sincere with real concern. Someone must say that “right-and-wrong” is not open to a vote. It is what it is. Right is right and wrong remains wrong; it doesn’t change. |
